The executive team always leads by example when it comes to Energy, Passion and Innovations as our RECIPE values.

Which is why we got together on Tuesday 13th Dec @ 7am sharp to trial our brand new SXT (Suspension Cross Training) class lead by Stephen Parker.

Class format has been created by the Fitness Team and consists of 4 circuits of core, upper and lower body exercises complimented by cardio intervals using suspension training equipment.

The main benefits of the SXT class include improved strength, muscular endurance, core and joints stability as well as increased anaerobic cardiovascular fitness and the obvious body fat percentage reduction and weight loss as a result of elevated calorific burn. The expected number of calories burnt would range between 700-900 in one class.
